Should I remake this as an escape game on RPGMaker?
It will become an escape game where you will have to run away or get fucked across multiple maps by random shortstacks. Getting caught and fucked too many times will result In a game over so you will have to find a balance between unlocking new gallery scenes and actually escaping the map.
Should I continue with the present renpy format or should I switch to that?

I think it'd be fun, there's lots of games the use that trope and there is a reason why. Cause it good, you can always change it up later. Keen to see whatever you do with it!
I dont understand the logic about making a game reward you for losing. You should get sex scenes from winning. Just switch so the player captures the shortstacks.
I agree, or maybe even make them fall for you. I want my character to have a shift of power too for a dom or sub approach depending on people preference.
I'm fine if you have to win a fight for sex scenes
Personally I like sex scenes as rewards for winning or defeating an enemy but I wouldnt mind
